Great little cafe next to the Mere. Bit of outside seating under cover in case of rain, shade. Lovely range of snacks / lunch (i.e. sausage, bacon rolls, cheeseburgers, chips to name few). Cooked just right and good price. A little gem

Beautiful place for a walk , lots of different birds , and a cafe doing good food n drink

Stopped off here after doing some motorcycle training, the gentleman who served me was polite and friendly. I ordered a bacon, sausage and egg sarnie and it was the best I have had in a long time. The view is beautiful too. Will defiantly be popping back.

Always a great day out in this hidden gem behind B&Q. Sunday morning bacon n sausage butties. Lady serving was lovely to chat with, really friendly and outgoing. Love this place.

Love a walk around the lake with an icecream from the cafe and a bag of duck food

I loved it more than the grandkids and carpark right outside, and have bouncy castles, which were not on that day. But, the ducks geese swans and many chicks made up for it lots of them would eat straight out of hand, have to be careful with little ones as water is quite deep in places easy to fall in , fantastic fun I love animals so happy to feed them, food is in cafe for sale .

Found this place by accident. What a little gem! We stopped for a quick bite to eat 2 adults and 3 children fed with no complains! We then had a pleasant walk around. Lots to see. Definitely recommend if you have an hour or 2 spare.
